Update on our world
Moved to Arizona September 2010. We enjoyed the Oregon Coastline for about years. Could never afford a house during the boom. Still can’t afford a house on the Oregon Coast.
Our friend in Arizona, hence known as Rockazona, helped Pammy find a house we could afford, and we took the leap. It needed lots of work, and still does but little by little we make it our home.
Rockazona has some strange (and high) sales (priviledg) tax laws. Nearly 10% and reporting regulations are a bit crazy, so while we must report (AZ)each month, it’s easiest to never sell within Arizona. Sorry…
